£40-50K Basic OTE 80K per annum plus benefits

Our client a leading provider of managed and cloud-based services to enterprises and on-line businesses are looking for a Hardware Sales Specialist. The company has developed a comprehensive portfolio of solutions for global clients, involving hosting, ensuring application availability and performance as well as security and compliance. All its customers are hosted in purpose built internet data centres. Their customers include some of the world’s leading on-line businesses and corporate with some form of mission critical business to business platform.

Job Purpose:

You will be responsible for business development and account management. Approximately 50% of your business will come from existing accounts, and 50% from new business.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will be to plan and prioritise personal sales activites, your personal time and productivity. You will maintain your CRM records and be expected to follow their proven sales process methodologies. This will be a busy and challenging role involving client contact, business generation, quotations, up selling and achieving targets. You will also attend and present at external customer meetings as required, while facilitating other functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
