Preston Cinema Systems is an established industry leader in the design and manufacture of wireless control systems for the motion picture industry. We are seeking Electronic Engineers with a BSEE and 5+ years of experience to work in the areas of product testing, troubleshooting and customer support.
Testing and Troubleshooting: apply test procedures to locate circuit faults and validate device performance. The candidate must be able to analyze and troubleshoot complex digital, analog circuitry to make a failure analysis. The candidate will formulate recommendations for engineering changes based on the results this analysis.
Customer support and service: The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. English fluency is essential.
He or she must enjoy working in a small team environment and feel nourished by meeting challenges with energy enthusiasm and creativity. They should work well with little supervision and able to prioritize for customer satisfaction.
Experience with a high level language is a plus, but not necessary. C/C++/C#/Objective-C, Java, Visual Basic, or Matlab a plus.
