Randstad is currently looking for the best drivers in the area to work for a highly regarded employer at Port Kembla. This position is to work as a car carrying operator and therefore trailer drivers are required.
Due to the urgent need for drivers we have either temporary to permanent options or straight permanent roles. This includes both nightshift and dayshift roles.
Your daily duties within the role will be to load the cars onto the trucks in Port Kembla and deliver to the customer or loading bay. The drivers are also required to use the RF Scanners to accurately scan the cars in order to track the deliveries. For the first two weeks you will undertake driver accreditation in order to perform these duties correctly.
To be considered for the role you will need to be motivated, willing to learn and have an excellent work ethic.
You will also have the following licences and tickets:
- HC or higher drivers licence
- Ideally an MSIC pass
- Basic fatigue management course completed
- Current RTA print out
