Hays MoD team have great jobs for Healthcare Assistants (HCA) to work as part of a nursing and multi-disciplinary primary healthcare team delivering general medical services to military personnel based at the MoD base in Lincolnshire.
Assisting the Medical Officers and Practice Nurse teams in various primary health care clinics, you will provide general basic nursing care and administration in collaboration with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients attending a military medical centre. Good IT skills required.
You must hold NVQ 2 in Healthcare, have demonstrable experience working in a HOSPITAL environment; Medical Devices Competencies, Basic Life Support and Manual Handling Training. MoD experience would be an advantage as well as a good knowledge of DMICP.
You must have proof of immunisations against Tuberculosis, Hep B, Rubella, Measles, Mumps, Varicella to be considered. Current CRB required.
