HCM Functional Design Consultant to review functional requirements and develop detailed functional designs. Consultant will work with IBM and Client business team to clarify functional requirements and decompose requirements into comprehensive detailed design documents.

Consultants hired into GBS Public Sector will typically be located in an IBM office or at an IBM client site primarily in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. In many cases, relocation to the Washington, DC area is required is not reimbursable. However, we do have opportunities that require residence in other strategic locations in the USA . While most projects are in the DC metro area, Consultants must be able to travel to projects that are in the DC Metro area and to those projects located outside the local area. Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 2 years experience in PeopleSoft v9.1, HRMS module implementation
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- Readiness to work extended periods away from home
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
- At least 2 years experience in ;PeopleSoft Federal HR implementation experience with Army/DoD experience desired
- At least 2 years experience in with Configuration
- At least 2 years experience in with developing functional design documentation
- At least 5 years experience in in Information Technology Consulting
