As an HCM Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling HCM Software to medium and large companies. Manage new business through sales pipleline, closing new software and services, forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Participate in the development, presentation and sales propositions. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Will represent Epicor in assigned geographical territory to both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

Will assist HR and IS professionals in making informed software and services purchase decisions by addressing strategic business issues. Will be responsible for prospecting, demonstrating products, and closing sales to meet assigned quota in designated territory. The HCM Territory Manager must:
- Thoroughly understand Epicors markets and products.
* Manage qualified accounts within a sales territory, either vertical or geographical
* Qualify opportunities with the aim of maximizing leads
* Plan and implement sales campaigns
* Conduct product demonstrations to qualified accounts.
* Co-ordinate with pre-sales and professional services teams
* Create and present proposals and license agreements.
* Complete RFPs thoroughly, professionally, and on time
* To fully understand the business requirements of prospects and customers
* Input ideas and participate in marketing events
* Work cooperatively with all of Epicors departments.
* Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
* Manage the short and medium term pipeline
* Maintain third party relationships
* Close sales sufficient to meet or beat assigned quota.
* Provide timely reporting on all sales activities.
* Control spending within authorized levels.

Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years experience of new business sales
* HRIS, Payroll or Talent Management experience
* Proven sales success
* An accomplished track record of selling multi-level to business, technical and IT people
* Business application: HCM
* Background of HCM markets and businesses preferred
* Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect
* Build and maintain relationships at the C and VP levels of the defined target markets

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
