Head and CIO Alternative Investments recruitment
A fantastic opportunity has arisen and working for a fast growing Asset Management firm. This position can be based in Switzerland.
Our client is seeking a successful Senior Head and CIO to manage their Alternative Investments function.
Role and Responsibility:
• Define and publish macro scenario
• Active participation in the relevant investment committees
• Development and maintenance of indicators in cooperation with the Chief economist
• Formulate investment themes
• Development of investments ideas supporting investment solutions / products
• Development and management of new investment solutions
• Manage Alternatives portfolios
• Participate in road shows, performance reviews
• Promote Alternative portfolios within the Group
• Write articles, give interviews
• Lead the Alternative investments team
What we require from you:
• Solid experience in the Alternative investments environment
• Expertise to identify, select and assemble Alternative investments strategies (FoHF and mandate)
• Track record as alpha generator in the Alternative investments area over the last 5-10 years
• Successful people leadership experience of 5-10 years
• Ability to lead Alternative investments product life cycle
• Relevant network in the global Alternative investments universe
• Business contact with institutional clients / consultants
• Contacts with media
• Public presentations Team player
• Strong communication skills
• High energy level
• Sales-minded
• Integrity and ethical conduct
• University degree
• CFA or equivalent
