Our Client
Our client is an established bank with a growing regional presence.
The Role
Reporting to the Audit Committee, you will lead a professional team of auditors to perform full spectrum of banking business, operational risk audit within the China branches. Identify discrepancies, weakness, regulatory or risk issues. Prepare corresponding reports, suggesting corrective actions or value added recommendations according to Best Practice when applicable. Safeguard the Bank’s resources, and ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, legal and regulatory requirements. Fosters and maintains good working relationship with Regulators and External Auditors.
Requirements
You need to be a degree holder with at least 10 - 15 years of relevant working experience. You should have strong technical knowledge in internal audit processes / controls and demonstrate excellent ability to create buy-in from convince the business people of audit recommendations on credit risk mitigation. Specifically, you should be highly influential, persuasive and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of full spectrum of banking business in areas like consumer banking, corporate banking treasury products, credit risk management, operational risk management. Ability to speak write mandarin highly desirable.
