An employer of choice with extensive global footprints, our client is seeking a high calibre Business Analytics professional to lead and develop their regional Analytics team.
Managing a team of qualified professionals, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for the Business Analytics team. You will drive business decisions through rigorous evaluation of key business drivers, market and competitor trends, and providing insights to cross functional teams for the development of new business initiatives. This is a highly visible role where you will partner senior management in building the team across the region and establishing best practices to drive business performance.
You are a top-tier university graduate with 6 – 10 years of experience in business/data analytics. An MBA would be advantageous. Sound knowledge of business analytics tools, including SQL and/or SAS, would be critical for success in this role. Armed with a track record in people and change management, you are an effective communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior business stakeholders. Personable and driven, you are a risk taker who thrives on challenges. Proficiency in an additional Asian language would be highly valued.
