Head Butcher/Fresh Food Mgr – Clare
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Butcher Store Manager/Freshfood Manager - Clare - 40K +
Our Client is a well known Supermrket who are opening a brand new retail store in Clare . They are seeking an experienced Head Butcher/Fresh Food Manager that has experience running a Fast paced Butcher counter and a high turnover Deli Counter.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience as a Butcher
- Experience running a Deli Counter as well as a Butchery
- Experience managing a team of over 10 staff
- Strong Management experience
- Experience with Prepack meats
- Ambient experience would be a plus
- Experience with margins and promotions
- Proven Track record in retail
- Store Awards
- HACCP experience
- Ordering and Stock Control experience
- Fluent English
- Possess good interest and knowledge of your product
- Management of Staff
