Our retained client is a fabulous private catering company situated in the Essex area, they are looking for an experienced head chef to lead and manage their outside catering team of 5.

 

The Head Chef and his brigade will be solely responsible for banquets and private events for their high profile clients based in the Essex and Suffolk areas. Events will be catered up to approximately 600 covers using the best fresh ingredients sourced locally.  This catering operation works to a 2 rosette standard and they have an outstanding reputation in the Essex Area.

 

The Right Candidate must have a strong rosette background and have a proven background in banqueting and events. You must be able to produce high quality, stunningly visual produce and work to strict deadlines and within specified budgets. As head chef you will be able to plan and design menus and be required to manage the existing team.
