HEAD CHEF Gainsborough Greens Golf Club at Pimpama has a vacancy for a qualified Head Chef. This is a permanent full-time position. Candidate will need a stable work history and come from an environment managing a busy kitchen and a minimum 2 years in a similar role with a proven record of success. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Head Chef will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen management including rostering, budgeting, menu planning, ordering stock and quality control.
