Person specification(s):
Bachelor/Master degree in Business Admin, Commerce, Economics or equivalent.
More than 8 years of relevant experiences in corporate and structured finance activities in the corporate banking environment and experiences in leading a team.
Specialized skills in project finance, DCM, bonds products etc
Strong leadership and initiative, communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
To lead the overall activities of corporate and structured finance business in the region.
To originate deals and assist in corporate relationship management and promote cross-boder transactions.
To help build the overall organzation structure of the bank and establish marketing strategy to increase the overall profitability of the bank.
To lead and train members in the corporate structured finance activities.
Cross sell of other products such as trade finance, project finance, ECA finance facilities etc .
To maintain key corporate accounts and provide financing solutions.
To recruit, train and develop other product areas.
Supervise preparation of credit applications, procure credit approval and follow-up reports.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
