Head – Documentation Manager (Derivatives) recruitment
A leading global bank is seeking an experienced Documentation Manager to motivate, drive and optimise performance of the Fixed Income Documentation team in Singapore.
Your daily duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing and galvanising a team of 20 people with a variety of cultural backgrounds to achieve their KPI's;
- Managing BAU activities such as Inbound processing, checking and reporting of derivatives transactions;
- Ensuring both internal company policies and external compliance regulations are adhered to.
Skills required:
- At least 5 years experience in a managerial role within Derivatives Documentation;
- Exceptional leadership skills and a team player;
- Broad knowledge of derivatives products including Non Deliverable Forwards, FX Options, Interest Rate Products and Credit Derivatives.
- Advanced Excel and Macro skills would be an added advantage.
