My client is a top IDB with a presence across Europe, Asia and the Americas. Currently they are expanding their presence in North America and are looking for a senior cash equity sales-trader to set up and build out their sales-trading team. Team moves will also be considered.

My client offers a fixed salary in addition to one of the best percentage payout models I have seen in the industry. They require a number 1 or number 2 from another leading broker who can come with a transportable base of sell side and / or buy side clients.
