This company is growing exponentially and runs all campaigns on a CPA basis. With a global presence they are fast becoming a powerhouse in European Lead Gen, Email and Affiliate marketing. With any busy Performance based Agency, the real money is made in the management, optimisation and scale of campaigns run. As such, there is a need for a Head of Account Management to join the team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Account Management function will be critical to the ongoing success of the company. Your primary focus will be to ensure revenue opportunities are being maximised and internal processes streamlined to ensure multi channel and multi country deals are run like clockwork.
The role:
- Ensure revenue growth and process development in the Account Management Team
- Manage up to 4 experienced Account Managers
- Ensuring the team are providing excellent customer service and cross selling products to grow revenues
- Campaign management and co ordination
- Liaising with Senior Management to drive KPIs
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Complete understanding of the metrics of online marketing
- Determined self-starter with drive, ambition and positive attitude
- Excellent presentation and negotiating skills
- Leadership skills
- Knowledge of Windows programs, Excel, Word and CRM systems
- Ability to work hands on, multi task and be a good problem solver
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
Additional: An additional European language a real bonus
Salary
Up to £55,000 + generous commission.
