Head of Accounting Department recruitment
Responsibility
- Set up and manage a amall team of accounting professionals.
- Report to Head of Management Control. In addition. report to Accounting department in Head Office (Japan) for accounting matter.
- Responsible for accounting issues under the Securities and Futures Ordinance and the Rules of the HKSE.
- Lead to make/manage a Business Plan ( Budget control, Balance sheet control, Cash in-out flow control ).
- Prepare financial statement, FRR report and reporting package to Head office every month.
- Handle Annual Audit.
- Prepare Annual Tax Return.
Requirements
- At least [10] years experience working within a similar function or Audit firm.
- Deep knowledge of Futures (Financial Resources) Rules (FRR) and broad experience of FRR monitoring is desirable.
- Experience working within a Japanese Financial Services firm [Within the last three years] is desirable.
- Fluency in English is must, and fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is prefferble.
