Head of Accounts Receivable EMEA recruitment
The function is responsible for cash collections, the issuing of monthly invoices and for the timely and accurate update of the Accounts Receivable ledgers. Responsibilities will include:
• Managing a staff of 10-15 accounts receivable analysts
• Preparation of monthly reports for all AR related items
• Maintaining, designing and implementing appropriate internal control procedures
• Maintaining a SOX compliant process and updating, as required, all SOX documentation
• Preparation of bad debt calculations
• Preparation of ad-hoc reporting as required by management
• Assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliation queries
The successful candidate will have experience in managing a revenue function to include accounts receivable, billings and collections across a varied but high value client base. SOX experience and the ability to provide and maintain a strong controls environment is important and excellent communication and presentation skills are critical. Experience with Oracle and a good level of Excel skills will be an advantage.
