Head of Actuarial Pricing Global Reinsurance Firm
A global reinsurance firm is currently searching for a senior pricing actuary to start as head of the PC pricing team at their Zurich office.
Responsibilities:
- Taking part in global pricing projects in order to develop and maintain the pricing framework.
- Managing a team of pricing actuaries
- actively supporting the Chief Pricing Actuary
- Maintenance of pricing systems.
- Working closely with counterparts globally.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- University degree educated in actuarial related topics, business or mathematics.
- Actuarial qualification is of high interest.
- 10 years + experience in the actuarial space focusing on pricing topics (PC).
- Experience in modelling is of high interest and software skills including: Excel, VBA and Matlab is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior managerial responsible is of interest.
- Fluency in English is essential and additional languages such as French and or German would be of interest.
