RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead a team of advisors and client service personnel providing advisory services and supporting an expanding suite of web-based analytical tools
- Develop relationships with key clients and strategic partners to understand their needs and how ICS can meet these needs
- Develop and enhance programs to increase levels of engagement with clients and ensure delivery of exceptional insight and service to clients
- Work closely with sales team to help explain value proposition of ICS services to prospective clients
- Collaborate with other members of ICS management team to identify and evaluate growth opportunities and update our product roadmap and business strategy
KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Design and implement programs to deliver additional value added service and insight to clients resulting in an increase of avg. spend per client
- Develop a strategy to update the ICS client servicing model to reflect a broader product set and multiple touch points per client incorporating tiered levels of service based on client spend and complexity of accounts
- Increase number of contacts and platform users per client firm and overall level of engagement per client firm by 25% resulting in an enhancement to client retention rates
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years in consulting or providing high-level client service to senior executives
- Strong management skills, including the ability to lead through growth and change
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and participants, knowledge of executive compensation and corporate governance a definite plus
- Superior written and oral communication skills, and ability to work well within a team environment
- MBA or other advanced financial degrees a plus
