Job description
As Head of Affluent Franchise Model, you will be in charge of leading, designing and implementing a wealth management franchise model to be deployed across Europe (France, Italy, Germany and Austria).
Key responsibilities :To perform a detailed design and business case for the wealth management franchise model: proposition to franchisee (adviser), offer, brand strategy, services, infrastructure required, promotion of the franchise, legal, operating and economic model.
Investigate internal (in the group) and external existing similar models to incorporate best practices and lessons in the model construction.
Interact with heads of market to understand local specificities and needs and incorporate these in the design.
Test the model with potential advisers/franchisees.
Construct a detailed road map to build and launch the model starting with a first pilot in the French market.
Lead the build up of the model.
Who we are looking for
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience.
Distribution development through franchise models.
Experience in financial services
Knowledge of wealth management, savings and investment products
Project Management skills
Fluent in English. French and or German would be an advantage
