Head of Americas / Fixed income Electronic Trading
My client, a leading e-Trading Fixed Income vendor is currently looking to hire an individual to lead, build and deliver their NY strategy after enormous success across Europe. Having been established for 2 years the business has identified an area of opportunity in North America. The firm is comprised of a group of industry leading professionals that have held board level roles across numerous tier 1 investment banks within Fixed Income. You will possess a wealth of experience within a senior position focussing on fixed income spanning, sales, trading and product development. Please see below a list of competencies required for the role;
- Management of a sales force focussing on the Americas
- Roadmap and deliver product strategy for both the short and long term future
- Lead recruitment and hiring for the NY office
- Develop and manage key relationships, including trading, trading management and e-businesses
- 10-15 years’ experience within fixed income (credit and rates)
