Since 1985, BlackRock has provided customized transition management services with a team of 50 people worldwide dedicated to delivering quantitative cost and risk control strategies aimed at protecting client assets in transition. As a leader in the Transition Management industry, BlackRock Transition Management works with some of the world's largest institutions.

BlackRock's Global Transition Management team is seeking a Head of Americas Transitions to lead a team of 16 in San Francisco and New York. The team includes senior transition strategists and managers. The responsibilities of the Transition Management team spans transition portfolio management and analysis, business development, and product positioning. The Head of Americas Transitions will be directly responsible for delivering business success for BlackRock's transition business in the US while collaborating with global partners, meeting with key clients and managing team members. This candidate will report into and work closely with the Global Head of Trading Research and Transition Management to ensure strong alignment of objectives and connectivity on all Global initiatives.
