Head of AML Operations
UK Banking group has created a senior position reporting to CRO/MLRO to run Financial Crime operations across Wealth, Corporate banking, and Retail business units.
This position sits within the number one financial crime centre of excellence in the North West.
Experience required is deep SME on Transaction monitoring, PEPs, JMLSG, and 3rd line assurance design. Coupled with proven man management experience in running large head count team. Experience in change management is advantageous.
The Head of AML Operations will:
- have direct management of two senior managers and oversight of circa 45 heads.
- be an active and core member of the senior risk leadership team and hold a relationship with regulatory bodies
- deputise for the MLRO as required.
