Head of Asia Equity COO (Managing Director) – Investment Bank recruitment
Responsibilities Requirements:
• To develop and implement the strategic vision of the Asia Pac, Australia and Japan Equity business
• The main focus of the job will be to work with the senior management team in the region developing a coherent business strategy and drive forward its implementation
• This role requires extensive liaison with multiple functions within the organization at all levels as well as external forums, regulators, exchanges and auditors
• The candidate should be professionally presentable with demonstrable leadership and team building skills as well as being an excellent verbal and written communicator
• The responsibilities of the function can be broken down into 4 components as following: Team and Leadership Development, Business Development, Project Management, Oversight of Business Administration
• Min. 15 years working experience within the investment banking industry
• Min. 5 years experience in COO role in an investment bank
