Head of Asset and Liability Management recruitment
Responsibilities
- Oversee Asset and Liability Management System and Management Information System
- Provide support to Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO)
- Assist Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer to manage liquidity in accordance with HKMA guidelines
- Review and maintain bank-wide liquidity management policies and procedures
- Perform financial planning to satisfy Basel III capital and liquidity requirements
- Conduct Balance Sheet planning and management in accordance with corporate development plans
- Manage capital planning and fund raising to ensure an optimal level of CAR is maintained by the bank
- Assist in strategic planning and for the Bank
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance , Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 8 years experience in banking, preferably in finance and corporate planning
- Solid knowledge on ALM, Basel I, II, III
- Familiar with HKMA guidelines on capital and liquidity management
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Strong leadership skills and good communications skills
