Job Title: Head of Asset Servicing/ Corporate Actions
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, lead, plan for, manage and motivate a team of 3 people
• Perform, manage and develop Asset Servicing/ Corporate Actions functions including:
• Monitoring of market information and verifying and recording CA events
• Inputting CA events in the relevant IT systems and preparing lists of eligible clients
• Advance notifications to clients on upcoming CA events, related deadlines and completion
• Preparing CA events related documentation on behalf of clients
• Liaison with issuers, sub-custodians and registrars as and when required
• CA events files/ records management, maintenance and updating
• Preparing monthly management reports including monthly volume and productivity metrics, KPIs and KRIs
• Participate in ad-hoc projects of Cyprus Global Operations relating to the growth/ development of the above functions as well as for promoting operational excellence
EXPERIENCE
• Higher education degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment Services or related subject
• Excellent command of English language
• Computer skills: Swift workstation, MS Office, IT literate capable of quickly adapting to internally developed back-office applications
• Fluent Russian language skills
• Good understanding of the Cyprus Investment Services legal framework and international securities settlements practices
• Computer skills: Citi Direct for Securities Cash, JPM GTA, Calypso Settlement system
