Head of Audit and Risk recruitment
You will be responsible for managing the Internal Audit and Risk function of of this Investment and Development Company as a subsidiary of a leading Holding Group in Abu Dhabi there will also be requirements to support related companies as and when required.
You will be responsible for the planning, scheduling and monitoring of the Audit Plan ensuring its completion. As the representative of Internal Audit within Executive Committee, Audit Committee and to the CEO/ Management Team, you will provide regular updates in terms of the progress of the Audit Plan. You will implement best practice standards across the Group working with the External Auditors and the business to ensure parity, identify issues and communicate results.
You will also be responsible for promoting Risk awareness across the organisation, identifying, monitoring and managing business risk. You will facilitate the development of the Business and Project Risk Dashboard, identify any major risks and co-ordinate with the Executive Committee and Audit Committee.
You will be Degree Qualified with a Relevant Internationally recognised Audit Qualification. You must have a minimum of 10 years Audit experience with experience in a Senior Management role. You will most likely come from a Big 4 backgorund and must have experience of Real Estate focussed Investments and Developments.
