Head of Australia & New Zealand
We currently have a Sydney based leadership position available which will suit an ambitious and experienced buy-side specialist. This position will sit on the Asia leadership team, and will be responsible for driving all aspects of the buy-side business and strategy in the region.
You will be involved in activities such as:
- Driving the groups revenue performance and partnering with Sales to execute on strategies targeted to clients
- Lead large customer negotiations
- Manage a team of experienced product and account management specialists
- Connect regularly with stakeholders from other parts of the business to convey local needs and execute global business plans
You will possess:
- A strong understanding of the buy-side industry in the Australian New Zealand region
- General management experience
- Proactive, execution focused and ambitious
- Financial Services B2B Sales experience an advantage
The role is pivotal in the strategy of linking the pre-trade, trade and post-trade components of the buy-side. The division in which this role sits is particularly focused on the pre-trade and the post -trade elements of the strategy, and serves the Hedge Fund, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Sell Side Research and Middle/Back Office Reporting customer segments.
