My Client, a leading Bank who is looking for experienced Head of Banking Operations to work in Northampton. Your role will be to Build, lead and deliver exceptional performance and operational improvement through powerful Leadership of the Operational Teams. Owns the development and delivery of a world class Customer Experience, meeting agreed quantitative and qualitative service, productivity, revenue and cost targets. Drives a compelling leadership and colleague engagement agenda across allocated Customer Service centres
Essential Experience
In depth understanding of best practice in the field of Contact Centre operations, back office processing and their infrastructure, e.g. IT and resource planning and measurement systems.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Good knowledge of Group structures and interfaces
Good knowledge of Control Management and Corporate Governance Good knowledge of Business Disciplines (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT)
Thorough knowledge of Audit and Operational Risk requirements and compliant practices
Management of suppliers both on and offshore
Experience of leading and managing large teams operating in Operations or similar multi-delivery environment Successful delivery of business and cultural change and delivery of associated benefits
Proven record of delivering income success in a cost-effective manner
