Head of Banking Partner Program Division, Acquiring Department recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Guidance of the department to work with partner banks;
• Interaction with current agents by banks;
• Search for new banks agents;
• Interaction with payment systems American Express and Diners Club;
• Coordination of attracting merchants to accept American Express cards, and Diners Club;
• Development of sponsorship programs for the banks agents.
Requirements:
• experience in the managing position for at least 2 years;
• experience in the field of payment cards (emission and / or acquiring), experience in negotiating with partners;
• Experience in project activities;
• Ability to conduct negotiations with TOP-management in companies, banks and payment systems;
• knowledge of the rules of the international payment systems;
• Knowledge of current Russian bank card market, acquiring technological solutions;
• rapid adoption and implementation of management decisions;
• interaction with the employees of independent / departments of the bank;
• monitoring, analysis and prediction of the consequences of decisions;
• non-material incentives of subordinates to achieve results.
Terms and conditions:
• s / n: RUR 200,000 - 250,000 gross
