Head of Bonds & Currencies / Fixed Income / Portfolio Management recruitment
The Role:
The successful candidate will work with Portfolio Managers and UHNW clients, advising and managing investments in Fixed Income Securities and Cash.
Build a bond (governments and corporates) and currency capability in order to provide suitable investment vehicles to existing and potential UHNW clients in order to offer a broad product range and portfolio diversification
Attend client meetings with Portfolio Managers in order to determine risk appetite for bonds and currencies including cash deposits.
Manage accounts for clients holding bonds and cash deposits in order to ensure the accounts are in line with their investment mandates.
Review monthly asset performance in line with client expectations and generate reports showing risk and performance for clients review. Execute agreed strategy between the clients and Portfolio Managers to ensure the client needs and objectives are met.
Follow the bond market trends (governments and corporates) on a daily basis and alerting the Portfolio Managers to market developments and opportunities for clients as and when they arise.

Relevant Economics/Maths degree.
Experience of heading up a Fixed Income team.
Extensive experience in Markets and expertise in Fixed Income and interest rate markets.
Extensive experience in Portfolio Management or Asset Management
