Head of Brand Management, Director recruitment

This premier bank has a highly-acclaimed franchise in the region. With its strong balance sheet and focused strategy for Asia, it is now recruiting a Head of Brand Management.

The Head of Brand Performance will develop and drive the brand building strategy and journey for the bank. You will evaluate the value of the brand and its impact on the businesses, and develop monitoring framework, tools and analytics in ensuring the continuity of intended value creation. You will develop and drive effective, integrated and consistent corporate marketing strategies across all units of the bank. As the brand guardian and steward, you will develop a culture that embraces the brand identity through internal brand marketing and training efforts. You will work with the business in ensuring a consistent group brand portfolio of products and services that is aligned to the brand architecture, brand positioning and messaging.

Degree qualified, you will have 10-12 years in business-building roles including a minimum of 5 years senior-level experience driving marketing or brand strategy and execution either on the corporate or agency side. Financial Services brand experience is essential. You are consultative and advisory in your approach and possess strong relationship building, communication, influencing and analytical skills.
