A leading financial services brand is looking for an individual to lead their business analysis area within the PMO.
You will be responsible for managing the BA Centre Of Excellence to ensure the quality of processes and documentation are at the highest level as well as mentoring, training and up skilling the team members.
You will also take a leading role in the re-design of the business process in conjunction with business areas.
Key stakeholders you would work with include senior internal Solutions Delivery managers, Project Managers along with Chief Operations Officers and Business Unit Heads across the investment business.
As an experienced professional and business analysis leader, you will ensure the timely and effective delivery of all documentation generated by the Business Analysis team for projects.
You must have a flexible mindset to be able to cope with an ever-changing landscape, combined with demonstrable in-depth experience of building and running a Business Analysis team across multi-disciplinary functions within financial markets.
