Head of Business Analysis – Top tier bank – Global opportunities recruitment
Top tier investment bank is looking for an experience Business Analyst to handle and build a team of Business Analysts for their Centre of Excellence.
The main responsibility of this role is to ensure the standards of Business Analysis in terms of quality of documentation, methodology for requriements gathering, business process management methodology etc, for its financial services brand which is within its PMO team.
You will be expected to lead a team of 5 Business Analysts and also expand this team as it has a regional and global remit.
You will also need to have the personality and the tenacity to speak with and manage senior management.
- 8 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Have banking experience in a top tier bank
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of large scale projects in regional or global remit.
- Have good understanding of PMO functions
