Head of Business Development, China (Asset Management) recruitment
Job Responsibilities:
Sales
- Responsible for the specific sales targets and managing the overall sales activities inChina
- Identify business opportunities and work as a team to pitch and close new business
- Work as a team on the planning and management of the firm's largest and most important account relationship inChina
- Develop and manage key relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Develop, supervise and implement sales marketing plans for all distribution channels, maximizing sales of all group products
Marketing
- Analyze information and devise effective strategies for pricing policy, product positioning and promotion to grow the asset and revenue base of the company,
- Define the near term and long term strategic marketing plan, contributing to new product development and if appropriate engage with initiatives to increase the company's visibility and brand building
Client Servicing
- Manage and develop our customer relationship management function
- Responsible for devising our customer service strategy including policies and procedures related to serving existing accounts
- Work as a team with the client service team to deliver superior client services and reporting
- Directly support our large accounts
Job Requirements:
- University degree and/or MBA, preferably in finance or business related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as sales/client relationship management in the asset management industry is required.
- Strong investment technical background and able to liaise with clients independently.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Work closely in a collegial team environment within the institutional sales team
