Key responsibilities of the Head of Business Development role:
- Lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed new business targets and objectives
- Help develop and implement the Sector strategy at a local level
- Develop a strategic plan to recruit, coach, develop and retain a team capable of delivering within a high performance culture.
- Raise the profile of RBS Invoice Finance within RBSG and local marketplace.
- Lead by example by demonstrating and strengthening understanding of the Corporate Markets values and embed them in all activities
- Maximise income opportunities and ensure an appropriate balance is maintained between risk and reward
