Head of Business Management – Investment Bank, London recruitment
You will be responsible for managing and developing the business managers that sit within the Front Office Business Management Team as well as supporting the co-heads of Front Office Technology in all aspects of business management. You will work closely with the central business management function for technology and develop the processes and services provided by business management to continually improve service quality and to ensure any service improvements driven by central business management are effectively implemented within the Front Office area. You will be responsible for financial control and headcount governance for Front Office Technology as well as for communications marketing and learning development process management.
The ideal candidate will have the following background
Extensive business management and financial control experience, ideally gained in an Investment Bank
Global team leadership experience
Excellent influencing, stakeholder management and communication skills
Developed planning and delivery skills
Vendor Contract Management experience
Delivery focused, detail oriented with excellent relationship building abilities
PMO and projects governance experience
