Head of Business Performance Management recruitment
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Preparation of Annual budget and Business plan.
- Monitor monthly business performance and analyze the variance against the budgets.
- Analyze revenue contribution to business, both geographical and per RM basis against targets and annual plan.
- Produce timely and meaningful Business MIS reports including profitability reports and segment contributions.
- Monitor departmental contribution to the organization on a RAROC basis through periodical reports to the Management.
- Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for various IT solution requirements of the department.
- Review and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
- Prepare/update department’s presentation.
- Be in charge of ISO Certification.
The Candidate:
• Masters in Business Administration or Chartered Accountant/ Graduate in Commerce / Economics / Accounting/Business Administration.
• 10+years experience in Banking with 3-5 years experience in MIS/Business Management
• Advanced Computer knowledge and operation (Very strong presentation skills (powerpoint)
