Head of Business Performance -Retail Banking recruitment
Roles and Responsibilities:
a)Implementation of the Bank’s performance management framework.
b)Revision/refinement of KPIs to reflect market, bank strategy, and budget.
c)Develop MIS and dashboards to monitor the performance of business units and individuals.
d)Identify critical business issues and develop workable solutions for customers as well as MIS associates. These solutions may include enhancements to existing core applications, new software packages, and/or customer programs.
e)Define MIS standards and policies in compliance with external auditors.
f)Develop and manage an effective planning process within Retail Banking Group (RBG), and employing a broad and diverse range of business analysis best practices, disciplines, methodologies and tools for growth of the department
g)Improve existing processes and work flow in RBG by identifying business requirements and related activities in liaison with the front and back office.
h)To create and implement an effective business plans for the sales team.
i)Formulating business and marketing plans, data integrity, preparation of SLAs, business analysis, market research and competitor analysis.
j)Drive performance review meetings supported by analysis and market research.
k)Link performance metrics to process of rewards – fixed and variable.
l)Actively participate in the new initiatives of the business divisions to provide proactive MIS for launch of new business.
m)Review of monthly customer profitability and product profitability reports to provide the business heads with required analysis and recommendations for enhancement.
n)Review the MIS reports generated to ensure ongoing enhancement.
o)Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders – business and partners.
p)Provide adequate training to staff to ensure elimination of key person risk and develop UAE talent.
Looking for banking professionals with hands on experience within the Business Performance arena. Applicants must have worked in a Retail Bank within the region, ideally in the UAE.
Requirements:
- Professional Accounting Qualification/ MBA
- 7- 10 years of experience in Business Development and MIS
