Head of Capital Interpretation and Planning (start up Bank) recruitment
This high profile new bank is currently recruiting for a variety of permanent roles within the newly created Treasury function.
An opportunity exists for a Head of Capital Planning and Interpretation to draft the bank’s Capital Plan and to ensure the efficiency of its Capital structure to support Capital appetite in both normal and stressed conditions.
This role will also be responsible for supporting the development of capital issuance plans, supporting all strategic transactions from a capital perspective, and managing the optimization of capital by implementing capital allocation methodology, optimising regulatory corporate structures, and providing guidance for business divisions on how to improve capital efficiency.
The successful candidate will be an experienced capital manager with a strong knowledge of the regulatory framework around capital and a good understanding of the key drivers of capital in a bank.
