Head of Cards Sales recruitment

Candidates will have a successful track-record of operating within a matrix environment and driving sales through engagement with a Corporate Coverage team. Applicants will have a background in Corporate Commercial Card Issuing products and leading a growing team in a B2B environment. Full ownership of the strategic plans, Cards PnL and team development across the UK.

The business is investing heavily in the growth of the Transaction Banking unit and this role represents a high profile opportunity to have an immediate impact in the growth of the Cards business through developing a Specialist Sales team from 4 people to 10 people over the next 18 months, take a leadership role in influencing the future dynamics of the business and act as part of the senior management team.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrable track-record of driving and managing revenue targets, creating and developing high performance sales teams and maximising relationships with a corporate coverage team to open doors to new and existing clients.
