Head of Cash Management Corporate Sales
One of our premier clients, a truly top tier bank in the city, is wanting to engage with an individual for the position of Head of Cash Management Sales within their designated Corporate Banking client group.
As Head of Cash Management Sales you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy across the mid sized corporate client base, delivering a clear and concise message to senior leadership and ensuring consistency in the brand message. You will be instrumental in ensuring sales targets are met throughout the business and attrition of existing clients is mitigated through servicing the clients needs correctly.
At Head of Cash Management level you will be expected to have a demonstrable background in cash management sales, understanding both the full product set as well as the client base. You will also be an experienced people manager, able to direct, lead, inspire and motivate a team.
You will have ultimately responsibility for ensuring that compliance, conduct risk and KYC elements of the industry are understood and strictly followed and will liaise with internal stakeholders to maximise operational effectiveness.
