Head of Cash Management – Leading Commercial Bank
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the operational strategy regarding the entire spectrum of Cash Management products and Electronic Channel solutions
- Management of the Cash Management Operations team within Transaction Banking
- Mange the process of clients’ outward and inward remittance via SWIFT and RTGS system;
- Manage the process of clients’ cheques, drafts and other similar negotiable instruments.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to drive overall profitability of Cash Management
- Demonstrate thought leadership in developing clear recommendations by creative, problem solving approaches and generation of new ideas in relation to Cash Management products and Electronic Channels for the International markets.
- Optimize International’s Cash management capabilities; increase the straight through processing and improve the efficiency in order to maximize the shareholder benefits, increase commission based revenues and control risks.
Requirements
- Degree qualfication
- Minimum 6 years experience within Cash Management Operations
- Knowledge on banking operations and good understanding of SWIFT and RTGS system are highly preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to work independently and under pressure;
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese (written and spoken);
- Good PC skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- Experience in leading a small team
