Head of Central Planning Technology & Ops recruitment
This professional will be responsible in:
• Operations Risk and Control
• New products Launches (NPA)
• Process Improvement Exercises (PIE)
• Ops projects planning and tracking
• People development programs (training and mobility)
• Staff and BUs communications
• Financials and budget of department BAU activities and initiatives
• Departmental admin support
Key Requirements
• A strategic thinker with solid background on driving of changes and improvement in both Ops and Tech
• 10 to 15 years experience in various Operations and Tech roles, including projects, risk and support roles
• Strong understanding on Treasury Market, Private Banking and Securities product, business and control process
• Proven expertise in product support and process planning roles
• A proven team management with people development focused
• Ability to deal directly with senior management within TO and other Business Units and System Units in the Bank
• Strong influential communication skills that able to tactfully communicate complex ideas effectively
