Head of CGI required to join one of the most exciting photographic studios in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to head up the CGI and retouching function and will suit a CGI specialist who combines a real passion for creative leadership and hands-on design craft, with a commercial edge and ability to shape and develop a team.

All good so far. To be considered it's essential that you boast a successful track record in the CGI industry and have a clear passion for 3D including well honed skills in modelling, rendering etc. You'll have a clear grasp of all related tech, including leading design packages and will have a clear willingness to remain hands-on creatively, with an ability to lead, inspire and develop the team around you. Creative vision is therefore a pre-requisite. On the more commercial side, you'll be brilliant with clients, able to win hearts and minds with proposals/presentations and will have a clear ability to identify and exploit new opportunities.
