Head of Change
Our client are a London based Asset Manager seeking to recruit a permanent central Head of Change Management. Duties will include:
- Business Case development and steering committee presentation of same, for Project and Change initiative sign-off.
- Production of project scope, plan and resource budgets for agreed project initiation.
- Board level stakeholder management, including appropriate Risk and Issue management and reporting.
- Liaison and appropriate management of IT development resources and additional third party service providers in respect of technical developments and external service delivery enhancements required within the scope of agreed project activity.
- Oversight and management of the central business PMO, including permanent BA and Testing resources.
In addition to a track record of delivery, within a formal Project Management environment, within buy side financial services, of no less than 5 years, the successful applicant will also be required to demonstrate a solid foundation of knowledge around the Wealth and Asset management sectors in particular.
