Head of Change Audit

Full Job Description

The role of Head of Change Audit will include:
- Build and maintain a high performing practice, developing colleagues through challenging performance feedback and coaching.
- Review, evaluate and influence strategic priorities and plans for assigned areas of the business, attending project governance forums as appropriate.
- Develop and implement the quarterly rolling audit plan, taking into account business priorities and risks
- Commission and direct assurance activity to identify potential risks, issues and solutions and deliver reliable, independent assurance on the effectiveness of the control framework.
- Champion thebank`s culture, vision and values through visible leadership and by example
- Demonstrate leadership within the Audit function by influencing strategic decisions and representing Audit in corporate projects with an impact across a whole division or divisions
- Influence senior stakeholders to embed risk management and controls into strategic decision making
- Maintains up to date awareness of relevant regulatory and statutory environment
- Build and maintain external and internal networks for the purpose of commercial awareness, satisfying external audit requirements and identifying best practice
- Apply and champion the Group Audit methodology and standards and develop audit practice to deliver high quality audit papers and files.

You will have in depth change audit experience within Financial Services, ideally with Legal and Regulatory change audit experience. You will also have business experience of major change initiatives and projects at a senior level.

£90000-£110000 plus benefits

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
