Head of Client Proposition – Global Corporate Payments UK & Ireland recruitment

As Head of Client Proposition you will contribute to the establishment of RBS as being the leading transaction bank of choice for our clients globally, and as a top 2 business in the UK and Ireland. Furthermore you will be responsible for identifying and formulating delivery of International Cash Management client and coverage strategy and resultant proposition in the UK Ireland, prioritising market leading product and service offerings to compliment the overall regional business activity.

The main responsibilities are to:

-       Manage and direct engagement with the regional sales teams in formulating and delivering client propositions for UK and Ireland that support the division and regions financial objectives in terms of revenue growth, profitability and new balance acquisition

-       Drive the execution of strategic product plans and client propositions, collaborating with Business Heads and sales teams across the group in order to manage delivery

-       Initiate and undertake internal and external communication of client and coverage feedback on existing product usage, new product development and process improvement

-       Recruit and lead a small team focused on building a market leading client strategy and proposition capability, enabling tailored solutions to different client groups whilst driving increased product penetration in UK and Ireland

Required experience:

-       Commercially focussed experienced in dealing with senior stakeholders in a Corporate business

-       Experience of managing high performing teams in a product and/sales environment to drive revenue growth and profitability

-       Direct experience working in multiple countries and across segments

-       Experience managing complex cross sector deliverables

-       Experience developing and delivering bespoke and/or complex client solutions in a dynamic environment

-       Ability to collaborate successfully with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

-       Degree/professional qualification
