Head of Client Relations
Hays Office Support are delight to present this fantastic job opportunity for our highly prestigious client. The job is Head of Client Relations, based in Liverpool City Centre and working for a Financial Services organisation.
The role has been created to set up a contact centre to operate all client facing services and oversee the performance of team managers and customer service representatives.
The role will involve developing and managing short and medium term strategies to deliver a high performing, quality service that ensures consumer outcomes are core to delivery against key performance indicators and business goals and objectives. Working collaboratively with your peers to drive consistency, and cultural alignment with the brand, whilst delivering results through compliant sales to achieve our ambitious business growth targets.
This role will require someone who is commercially aware strategic in operational approach with great planning, organisational and communication skills, an excellent people manager who can motivate and lead a team to deliver a first-class service to our clients.
To be considered for this role you will need to have experience of setting up a contact centre from the beginning and demonstrate the highest standard of customer service within client management.
